Beautiful Motives is a working mum-of-three who has been in your shoes: she was un-confident, was big on comfort eating and really struggled to motivate herself to become healthy. However, she turned her life around, changing her poor eating choices and making a habit of exercise, during her journey she became a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor learning how to get long-term results. Her personal aim is to educate, enrich and empower women, mothers and others like her in fitness and healthy living, through her 12 WEEK BODY program



Beautiful Motives online personal training programs are designed to help you reach your goals in 12 short weeks, and maintain without guidance, unlike these expensive or unsustainable gimmicks; that she once tried so many of. Wherever you are in the world, you can have access to her services through her 12 Week Body app, the 12 Week program which is an all-rounder including workout and nutritional plans split into phases or the highly recommended one-to-one coaching, for a bespoke approach with regular conference call consultations and check-ups. 


While expecting her third child, and training throughout her pregnancy she decided to train in prenatal and postnatal fitness and has expanded her services to help women during and after pregnancy helping them feel the benefits of prenatal exercise and recover sooner after giving birth.
